• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Fe77 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following situations:

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method, though bonuses with unmet conditions will be forfeited.

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own mistakes or negligence.

However, if a bet is lost due to a server error or a confirmed payout is not received, that is fe77's responsibility. Such issues should be reported to support, and they will be investigated and resolved accordingly.
